How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?
To redeem your gift voucher, book online as normal (you may include a note on the booking saying you have a gift voucher if you wish). The deposit paid is then refunded on the day of your visit.

Do I have to pay for parking?
No, our guests do not have to pay for parking. Simply write down your vehicle’s number plate on arrival.

Can I arrive early for my appointment?
As we don’t have a receptionist, our therapists may be in treatments and won’t be available to greet you early for your appointment.
Therefore we ask guests not to arrive early but they are welcome to stay after their appointment in our Woodland Room.

Can I refund my Gift Voucher?
Refunds are not available for Gift Vouchers. Sales are final expect in very exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Wild Iris.
