Terms and Conditions

  • Please arrive in good time for your treatment to start at the correct time. If it is your first visit to Wild Iris, you will need to complete a client consultation form. Lateness will result in your treatment being cut short.

  • We do require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or change of treatment. Anything under 48 hours 50 % will be taken, or under 12 hours/ no shows 100% will be charged.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions you may have including pregnancy and food intolerances at the time of booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

  • We are unable to carry out any treatments if you are under 12 weeks pregnant. 12 weeks plus we can offer facials, manicures and pedicures.

  • Some of our treatments require patch tests at least 48 hours’ prior to treatment. Your treatment will not go ahead if you haven’t had a patch test due to insurance/health and safety regulations. Please make sure to book a patch test separately for all tinting services Brow lamination Lash lift and tint. If a patch test hasn’t taken place on arrival for your treatment the charge for the treatment will still apply.

  • Please note group bookings of two or more people we will require 72 hours notice for cancellations anything under this we will take 50% of the deposit.

  • Gift Vouchers are to be used within the six months displayed on the original copy or email version. We cannot extend the time scale on the voucher. If the voucher goes over the expiry date we cannot except them.

  • Gel polish- we do not take responsibility for any damage to the gels 3 days after application.

  • We do not refund any treatment after the treatment has been carried out.
