To redeem your gift voucher, enter your voucher number when you book online. Your voucher will be used as your deposit. You may need to use your card to pay for the deposit if your voucher doesn’t cover the amount.

You are required to enter your card details and a cancellation or no-show charge will be made against your card in line with our cancellation policy in the event this happens.

If your voucher doesn’t cover the cost of your treatments, you can pay the remainder on the day of your visit.

No, our guests do not have to pay for parking. Simply write down your vehicle’s number plate on arrival.

As we don’t have a receptionist, our therapists may be in a treatment and won’t be available to greet you early for your appointment.

Therefore we ask guests not to arrive early but they are welcome to stay in our Woodland Room after their appointment.

Refunds are not available for gift vouchers. Sales are final except in very exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Wild Iris.

We don’t allow under 12’s at Wild Iris. Our building is a quiet space for our wellbeing treatments, so unfortunately we don’t allow children on site.

We don’t allow pets at Wild Iris, due to the nature of our treatments we need a clean and sterile environment for our guests.

Unfortunately, we cannot honour gift vouchers that have expired. It is the holder's responsibility to redeem the voucher and secure their treatment before the expiry date.

We are not fully accessible, however we perform our treatments downstairs for guests using a wheelchair. Fully accessible bathrooms are available on-site and at Birchwood.

We can carry out any of our treatments on guests over 14 years of age.

An adaptation of our nail and facial treatments may be done on under 14s with an adult supervisor present at all times. Please give us notice when booking if this is the case.
